Using LocalType.

Free and Pro

LocalType Free provides core text expansion with up to 20 snippets and 1 autofill profile. LocalType Pro is offered at a base price of USD $24.99 as a one-time lifetime licence for up to 3 active devices, with up to 1,500 snippets, 100 autofill profiles, encrypted backups, cursor placement and advanced organisation. Applicable taxes and any currency conversion are shown at checkout. There is no recurring subscription charge.

The lifetime licence has no scheduled renewal or subscription expiry. It does not promise that every future browser version, website or editor will remain compatible.

Purchases and activation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for orders and provides payment support. Purchases are subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.

Activation requires a verified purchase and an installation-bound licence. A licence permits up to 3 active device installations and is not for resale or redistribution. Use the activation and restore page to restore an eligible installation or deactivate a device. Keep your receipt and transaction ID.

Refunds and payment reversals

LocalType offers a voluntary 7-day full-refund guarantee as described in our Refund Policy. A full refund or payment reversal ends the associated Pro entitlement. Paddle rules and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Your data and use

Your snippets and autofill profiles are stored locally. Keep backups before uninstalling, clearing browser data or moving devices. Only insert information into websites where you intend to share it. Do not use LocalType to store passwords or other secrets, circumvent website protections or violate others' rights. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.

Compatibility and support

Some websites, protected browser pages and editors restrict extension functionality. For installation, activation or product issues, see Support or email elrebelgamer@gmail.com. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies for faulty or misdescribed products.
