How to request a refund

Open Paddle buyer support and use your purchase receipt to identify your order. Mention LocalType Pro and this 7-day guarantee. You can also contact elrebelgamer@gmail.com for help finding the correct order.

Paddle is our authorised reseller and merchant of record and processes refunds. A request is not an instant refund: Paddle may need to review it, and your payment provider controls when refunded funds appear.

What happens to Pro

A full refund or payment reversal ends the associated Pro licence and its device activations. LocalType Free remains available. A refund does not require you to send us your snippets, autofill profiles or backups.

Rights beyond 7 days

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not restrict, the Paddle Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, or mandatory consumer rights. Paddle may grant a refund outside our voluntary 7-day window under its rules or applicable law, including for faulty or misdescribed products.
